How long does shipping take after ordering?

Products are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment and delivered within 1-2 days after shipping. Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days.

How to request exchange/refund?

You can request an exchange/refund from My Page > Order History. Please request within 7 days of receiving the product.
